Our webshop sells software, electronics, mechanical and other CNC machinery and industrial products. The images shown on the products are illustrations only and may differ from the real product. Manufacturer's dimensions are subject to change without notice and may vary from the documents provided.
The products displayed can only be ordered online. Delivery costs are not included. Available for delivery/personal pickup

Shipping
Delivery charges are automatically assigned to the package. If you order a linear cable and the length exceeds 175 cm, a special price applies. In this case, please select the price for delivery over 175 cm
Delivery:
After receiving cleared payment, the packages in EU country delivered by DPD Hungary Ltd. Outside EU delivered by DHL Express Logistics.
Processing of orders done by 9:00 to 16:00 on weekdays, at latest within 72 hours.
Package size above 1.75 m (maximum 4000 mm) requires custom pricing. In the case of lot or fragile ordered plus shipping cost may applied. This case always perilously verified with customer before shipping via e-mail.product
Shipping time can be 5-15 working day depending on destination country.

Please check package for damages on delivery. In case of damage, please request a delivery report form from currier and don't accept shipment. Without delivery report we can not accept complaints.
Personal receipt:
In the case of personal delivery, an order must also be placed, either via the online shop or by email.
You will always be notified of the date from which you can collect the product from our warehouse.
The order will be stored for one week from the date of the notification, after which it will be deleted.
Orders will be processed from 09:00 to 15:00 on working days, at the latest, within 72 hours.

Registration.
Registration is not a condition for purchase, you can also place an order as a guest. The advantage of registering is that you do not have to enter your details again if you want to order from us again, you can add multiple delivery/billing addresses and you can track your order.
Make sure you enter the correct information to ensure a smooth delivery.
Foreign companies, businesses and entrepreneurs with an EU number can also buy tax-free provided they have a valid tax number and the delivery address must be the same as the name of the company's country.

The process of order:
1. Click on the "Add to basket" button on the product details page, when the product is added you can view its contents.
2. To continue shopping, click on the "Continue shopping" link, which will take you back to the product details page.
3. Proceed as described in point 1 for each product you wish to buy.
4. When you have placed all the products you want in your shopping cart, click on the "Cart contents" box to view the contents or click on the "Cart contents" box to go there when you add a product. You can delete products in the basket, change their quantity by entering the quantity in the input field in the row and then pressing the "Modify" button.
5. Click on the "Order" button in the shopping cart to proceed with the order process. Here you have to select registered or unregistered purchase by clicking on the login or continue button to select the delivery , payment method. We must select the shipping country. With the next button we can enter the data and accept the order conditions.
6. As a final step to place your order, click on the "Finalize" button to send your order to us.
7. The system will inform you about the order by an automatic e-mail.
It is also possible to place an order outside the times indicated as order processing times, if the order is placed after the end of working hours, it will be processed the following day.
Our system will send you an automatic e-mail about the order, in which you can inquire about your order by referring to the order number on any of our contact details, or you can track it by logging in to the site with the details you provided when you registered.
In the case of returned parcels that have not been accepted, the return shipment fee is charged to the customer, and we can only resend the parcel if the parcel value is paid in advance!
By using and purchasing from the online shop, the customer acknowledges and accepts that he/she is providing real data when making a purchase. If these data are not correct and different from the reality and the payment or subsequent data communication document is involved, it will be settled as soon as possible with the operator of the web shop.
In the case of personal delivery, we will always notify you of the date from which the product can be collected at our premises.
Orders placed by personal delivery will be stored for one week from the date of the notification of receipt, after which time they will be cancelled.
Warranty
Our products are guaranteed for 12 months. In the event of a breakdown, you can contact us in person or by telephone, or we can provide information on one of our contact details.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse.
Right of withdrawal.
A buyer who is a consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days (including the 14th calendar day) without giving any reason. The procedure for doing so is provided for in Government Decree No. 45/2014 (26.II.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses. The consumer may exercise his right of withdrawal from the day he takes delivery of the goods.
In this case, CNCdrive Ltd. is obliged to refund the purchase price paid for the product to the customer, at the latest within thirty days after the cancellation or return of the product. The refund shall not cover the cost of delivery and the cost of returning the product shall be borne by the buyer.
According to "Ptk. 685. § d” regulation, a person who concludes a contract outside the scope of his economic or professional activity is a consumer. A consumer contract is a legal relationship between a consumer and a person who enters into a contract in the course of his trade, business or profession..

How to exercise the right of withdrawal:
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can do so in writing, by letter or e-mail, referring to the product and the order reference. You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 working days of receipt of the product.
In the case of cancellation by post, the date of posting will be taken into account when calculating the 14 working days. Preferably, the letter should be sent by registered mail, so that the date of posting can be clearly proven.
Return the ordered product to our company address. The postal costs incurred by returning the product to us will be charged to the customer. Do not return the product by postal delivery. We are not able to accept the parcel returned by post, the cost of returning the parcel is also borne by the buyer!
The guarantee does not apply to products that are not used for their intended purpose. The buyer is also liable for any damages resulting from improper use. Within 30 days of returning the product, the price of the product will be refunded to the account number provided.
Data handling:
The personal data you provide to us when using the online shop will be treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties. Exceptions to this rule are data provided to a subcontractor, without which the order cannot be fulfilled, such as information required for delivery to a courier service.
While browsing the webshop, technical information is recorded (for example, in the form of log files containing the user's IP address, the time, the URL of the page visited), which cannot be used for personal identification, but is used for statistical purposes. The system also stores data on the user's computer in the form of so-called cookies. Cookies are not used to identify the user personally and are kept for the duration of the session.
