The CNC controlled steel manufactureing machine is a compact flatbed cutter, which equipted with plasma and flame cutter.
The machine has waterbed workbench. With water level bed height can be adjusted to fit work material height.

The flatbed plasma cutter machine is built up from welded aluminium profile. Movement done by gear racks and linear rails. For more precise movement the longer axis driven by both side.

As in dedicated machines the controll is done by computer running windows. The controll software is easy to learn and use, no need for special CNC knowlidge. It accepcts almost every kid of DXF format and capable for manufactureing according to it. An other advantige is that with an optimization software can help the efficiency of material usage. With this the material loss can be minimazed which is requied for serial production.
The plasma cutters can be equipted with plasma or flame cutter head.
The most common and proven plasma cutter is the Hypertherm Powermax. With the 45 A current rate plasma cutter a material of 12 to 16 mm thickness can be cutted with high precision. For higher thickness material the machine can be coosen with 85 or 125 A current rate cutter.
For those applications where higher thickness material is requied, we recomend flame cutter head wich capable for 8 to 100 mm material and ca be extended for 200 mm.
